Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged regular price merchandise with tags attached. Returns accepted within 15 days from date of delivery will be refunded in the original form of payment. No returns on jewelry or sale items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

ALL FORMALWEAR must be returned within 7 days of date of delivery.  Formalwear returned after 7 days and before 15 days will be issued an in store credit. Returns made after 15 days are non-refundable. 

No returns on Special Orders.

Should you need a different size and it is available, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days from date of delivery. Tags must be attached. Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs.

Returns made after 15 days and before 30 days will be issued a store credit.

HOLIDAY POLICY: Purchases made between November 15th and December 24th - qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this period is eligible for return through January 10th. Returns may be made in store or by shipping via UPS or FedEx (with a copy of the original receipt or order #) to our store:
