Shipping policy

Items are processed 24-48 hours after checkout and are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST and Saturday will ship the following Monday. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.  If you need your purchase sooner, please call us at 216.484.0800 Monday thru Friday from 10 am -  5 pm.

All items ship FREE of charge.

Local pickup is available Monday - Saturday during business hours and can be selected at checkout. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.
